1. Workers need to assemble the basic four-legged concrete mold. Bolts are more stable than those used for other parts, and they are readily available. It is necessary to use an electric wrench to tighten these bolts on the mold in sequence and according to their type to ensure proper mold operation.

 

2. After the four-legged concrete mold is assembled, some materials, such as mixed mortar, and other tools, need to be set aside for worker use.

 

3. To speed up the process, you need to apply oil immediately after the mold is assembled. The manufacturer recommends using industrial engine oil. After coating the mold, it will be very smooth. The engine oil coating also adds protection to the inner layer of the steel mold and mitigates corrosion after pouring water-containing mortar.

 

4. The four-legged hollow wave-breaking block mold can be filled with mortar. A large amount of aggregate is added to the concrete, so the hardness of the precast wave-breaking blocks is higher than that of cement-cast blocks. Of course, concrete is usually used for pouring to complete the production of wave-breaking blocks to meet construction requirements.

 

5. After grouting is completed, workers need to introduce a vibrator to remove air from the concrete. Only after the air is removed can the hardness and density of the resulting four-legged hollow wave-breaking block meet the qualified standards.
