Railway Precast Mold

Railway Precast Mold

Steel tooling for railway wall sections, cover plates, cable trench pieces and drainage parts.
Q235 or Q355 steel is chosen by part size, concrete pressure and expected reuse.
Split panels, ribs, lifting points and clean inner faces support repeated precast work.

A Railway precast mold is used to cast railway concrete parts before they are moved to the line, bridge deck or roadbed for installation. It gives the wet concrete a fixed profile, so repeated parts can be produced with the same edge line, wall thickness and reserved details. In railway work, small differences can affect installation, especially around cable trenches, cover plates and protective walls. Jianxin normally makes a Railway precast mold from Q235 carbon steel or Q355 low-alloy steel. Working panels are cut, bent, welded and strengthened with ribs. The Railway precast mold can be made as a split structure with bolts, end plates, lifting points, chamfer strips and reserved holes. The goal is simple: make the concrete part close to the drawing and make the mold easy enough to use every day.

Main Applications

This mold is used in precast yards and project-side casting areas for railway accessory parts. Typical products include bridge protective wall units, cable trench wall sections, drainage parts, support blocks and cover plates. It is especially helpful when the same component appears again and again along a long rail section.

Why Choose Jianxin

Jianxin reviews each Railway precast mold from production, handling and maintenance angles. The team checks whether the steel is thick enough, whether the rib layout supports the working face, whether bolts can be reached, and whether the mold can be opened without breaking corners. These details matter more than a neat quotation sheet after real pouring begins.

FAQ

Q: What drawing is best for quotation?

A: A 2D drawing with size, holes, chamfers, lifting points and tolerance is best. A 3D file is helpful for complex shapes.

Q: Can the surface be galvanized?

A: Yes. Paint, hot-dip galvanizing or another finish can be discussed.

Q: How many times can the mold be reused?

A: It depends on steel thickness, cleaning, lifting method and storage conditions.
