A High speed rail mold is a steel casting tool used to make concrete parts installed along high-speed railway lines. In a precast yard, it helps workers repeat the same wall section, cover plate or cable trench piece without remeasuring every batch. The mold has to keep the inner size, edge line and joint face stable while concrete is poured, vibrated and cured. Jianxin usually builds a High speed rail mold from Q235 or Q355 steel after checking the project drawing. Heavy wall molds may use 14-20 mm working panels, while cover plate molds are often lighter.
